Account and eligibility

Users must provide accurate information, maintain one secure personal account and comply with age/capacity requirements. The account holder is responsible for activity performed with their credentials unless promptly reported as compromised.

Access licence

Paid or granted access is personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and valid only for the defined content and period. Ownership of content and software does not transfer to the user.

Prohibited conduct

• Sharing accounts, reselling access or allowing simultaneous unauthorized third-party use.
• Copying, scraping, recording, distributing or publishing questions, audio, video, explanations or software without authorization.
• Attempting to bypass access, exam, media-play, payment, security or anti-abuse controls.
• Submitting unlawful, infringing, abusive or malicious content or interfering with other users and systems.

Exam and AI-supported evaluations

Practice, mock-exam and automated/AI-supported scores are educational guidance unless explicitly stated otherwise; they are not official exam results. Where an appeal feature is offered, its scope and fee are shown separately.

Availability and changes

The provider may perform maintenance, security updates and proportionate content/interface improvements while preserving the essential scope of active paid access. Material adverse changes are handled in accordance with the contract and mandatory customer rights.

Suspension and termination

Access may be temporarily restricted for credible security risk, payment reversal, unlawful use or material breach. Except where urgent action is necessary, proportionate notice and an opportunity to clarify may be provided.
