2. Customer
Customer information is completed from the logged-in account and billing information at checkout.
3. Product/service and total price
The product name, scope, access period and final payable amount are displayed in the order summary immediately before payment.
4. Payment, delivery and performance
Payment is processed through iyzico using the payment methods offered on its secure payment page. No physical shipment is made.
After successful payment confirmation, digital access is activated in the customer account or the purchased re-evaluation service is started. Bank, fraud-control or technical checks may cause a reasonable verification delay.
5. Right of withdrawal and express performance request
Before payment, the customer separately requests that the digital service/performance start immediately. Depending on the nature and performance status of the service, the statutory exceptions for electronically supplied or immediately performed services may apply.
This does not remove mandatory consumer rights in cases such as non-delivery, defective or non-conforming service, duplicate collection or an amount collected without authorization.
6. Cancellation, refund and complaints
Requests must be submitted with the order number through the contact page or eposta@mylangprep.com / 0530 238 05 85. Each request is reviewed according to the service status, payment records and applicable consumer law.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment channel. The time for the amount to appear in the card/account depends on the bank and payment-system processing periods.
7. Dispute resolution and evidence
Customers may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in accordance with the monetary limits and jurisdiction rules applicable on the application date.
Order, payment, consent and access logs are retained as transaction evidence subject to applicable law.
